At Metisplan, our commercial team understand the need to understand fully where your project is heading financially. We know that reporting costs is not enough and that you want to understand why and where money needs spending and how this will impact your budget in the future.

Tendering and Sub-Contracting

Our Quantity Surveyors can advise and write sub-contracts to help deliver your project and manage the sub-contractor through to their scope completion. This includes undertaking the tender process, reviewing and assessing applications for payment, change control management and final account agreement.

Cost Reporting and Forecasting

Our team will report your costs as they are to date and also project the costs of your project for the remainder of the project’s life cycle. We will commercially manage your project to ensure it delivers the best value for money by controlling costs and managing change control with the client and with sub-contractors.

Final Accounting

Metisplan understand that some final accounts are more complicated to agree on than others. Our commercial team can review your project and agree on your final account in accordance with the contract, both upstream with your client and downstream with your sub-contractors.
