Senior Planner – 4D
A Senior Planner specialising in 4D: Joseph is a responsible, self–motivated & ambitious individual. He is experienced in a variety of best practices in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) project control tools.
During his 11-year career, Joseph has been responsible for assisting in establishing and operating 4D software and in implementing VDC 4D controls on project sites and in the graphical representation of tender scenario work programmes in 4D simulations. Joseph has utilised his skillset to guide and support project planners & project managers in 4D simulations, and in reports and forecasting of site progress – through actual vs planned work programmes in 4D.
Joseph’s wide range of skills include Project Management, Project Planning and Construction Management. Analytical & cooperative by nature, Joseph prioritises and specialises in finding solutions to problems, and enabling teams of people to work together.
