Nathan is a target-driven Senior Planner who is used to making decisions under pressure, either on his own or as part of a team. He is used to working with large and diverse groups of people and stakeholders to achieve a successful project outcome within agreed budgets and constraints.
He is a motivated and adaptable PRINCE II qualified project manager, with 17 years’ operational experience within demanding and fast-moving environments. These include international relief and development, local government, facilities management, building projects and housing associations both overseas and in the UK.
His experience of managing large data sets, required in project scheduling, enabled him to set up the Metisplan Primavera P6 network installation, which he continues to maintain. This involved specifying and building the server and installing the SQL databases to provide P6 access for the Metisplan team and for external client use.
Nathan is also responsible for BIM/4D and managing building maintenance, servicing and repairs using various Asset Management Databases. This, in addition to his expansive software and hardware knowledge, allows him to coordinate planning (including 4D), project controls and delay analysis.
